With an open palm, measure from point "A" (base of middle finger) to point "B" (where palm and wrist meet). Use the chart below for sizes. The sizing charts are only a guide. Consult your instructor/coach for advice.

Before using, the coach/instructor and gymnast must decide on the appropriate size by evaluating the actual grip once it is on the gymnast's hand. Neither Academy Grips nor its manufacturers will be held liable for failure due the use of an incorrectly sized grip. The coach/instructor and the gymnasts must take final responsibility as to the correctness of a particular size. Academy grips will exchange any improper grips for the proper size if they have not been used. Return the grips in the original package along with a copy of your purchase order receipt.
